• Location: We operate remotely from Iowa but can arrange local in-person meetings by appointment.

• Pick-and-Choose: We offer Social Media Management, SEO-friendly Blog Writing, Email Marketing, Paid Ads (Meta/Google), and Website Setup. Use only what you need.

• Content & Creative: We handle everything from keyword targeting and meta tags to creating branded graphics. If you lack photos, we use high-quality stock or help plan low-budget shoots.

• Platforms: we support Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and web builders like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress.

3. Onboarding & Ownership

• Getting Started: Book a Free Discovery Call via our website. We’ll discuss your goals and provide a custom proposal.

• Approval Workflow: You review and approve every piece of content before it is scheduled.

• Ownership: Once payment is complete, you own all final deliverables (logos, graphics, and assets).

4. Pricing, Payments & Contracts

• Custom Quotes: Pricing is based on your specific scope and timeline. We’ll provide a clear estimate after our Discovery Call.

• No Long Contracts: We offer flexible month-to-month or project-based work. Retainers require only a 30-day notice to cancel.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, Stripe, and PayPal.

5. Success & Results

• Measuring Growth: We track platform analytics and website traffic. Each month, you’ll receive a simple report with key metrics and our strategic recommendations.

• Ad Strategy: We’ll help you determine the most effective budget for your Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads during our initial consultation.

6. Revisions & Privacy

• Revisions: Standard edits are included in our monthly service. Major reworks outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
